Our Programs

We offer a variety of programs designed to cater to the diverse needs and interests of our players. Registration is currently open for the following programs:

• FALL! Twinkle Toes U4-U6 (Ages 3-5) | An introduction to soccer with playful activities that develop basic motor skills. Our youngest players enjoy a fun, supportive environment where they can learn the basics of the game through imaginative and engaging activities. U6 (5 year olds) have the option to play 4v4 games against other U6 teams!

• Junior Shooting Stars U7-U8 (Ages 6-7) | Focus on foundational soccer skills, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Players participate in interactive drills and games that emphasize the joy of playing soccer while building essential skills and fostering a sense of teamwork.

• Shooting Stars U9-U10 (Ages 8-9) | Continued focus on foundational soccer skills, teamwork, and attitude, in order to develop a growth mindset. This program builds on earlier skills with more structured practices and small-sided games, ensuring that players continue to enjoy and develop their love of the game.

• Junior Supernovas U11-U12 (Ages 10-11) | Engaging and fun practices that enhance skill development and game understanding. Jr. Supernovas participate in the Jack London Youth Soccer League playing against teams across the Bay Area (Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda areas). 

• Supernovas U13 & up (ages 12+) | Our oldest teams play recreationally against teams across the Bay Area in the Jack London Youth Soccer League. At this level Supernovas will engage in more structured training sessions that prepare players for higher levels of play while maintaining a recreational atmosphere.
